ADHD Counselling
Understanding the challenges of ADHD while recognising your strengths.
ADHD can affect far more than concentration. Difficulties with planning, organisation, time, impulsivity, emotional regulation and relationships can create frustration and overwhelm in everyday life.
What is ADHD?
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition. I recognise both the challenges it can bring and the individual strengths of people living with ADHD.
How might ADHD Affect you?
Challenges may include executive functioning difficulties, impulsivity, inattention, intense emotions, stress and frustration, and difficulties with communication or relationships.
When might Counselling be helpful?
Counselling may be useful when ADHD-related patterns are affecting work, relationships, confidence, emotional wellbeing or your ability to manage everyday demands.
How can Counselling help?
Counselling can support greater self-awareness, explore coping strategies, communication and emotional regulation, and help break larger goals or tasks into more manageable steps.
