Online Counselling
Flexible counselling from a private space that works for you.
Online counselling is a key part of my practice and enables me to work with clients across the UK, including people who have moved away from Suffolk or prefer not to travel.
What is Online Counselling?
Online counselling is counselling delivered remotely by video, allowing you to meet with your counsellor from a private location rather than attending the counselling room in person.
Why is Online Counselling Beneficial?
It can reduce travel pressure and make regular sessions easier to fit around work, family life, location or changing circumstances.
When might Online Counselling be helpful?
Online counselling may suit you if you live elsewhere in the UK, have moved away from Suffolk, find travel difficult or simply prefer the privacy and convenience of working from your own environment.
How can Online Counselling help?
Online sessions provide the same opportunity to explore anxiety, narcissistic abuse recovery, ADHD symptoms, stress, self-esteem, relational difficulties, bereavement and life transitions within a regular counselling relationship.
When online counselling feels right
Taking care of yourself
Choose a private space where you can speak freely, minimise interruptions and give yourself a little time before and after the session where possible.
