Sarah Harvey Counselling
Online Counselling

I offer online counselling to clients across the UK, supporting people with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bereavement, and life transitions.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, online work has become a key part of how I practice. It has also meant I’ve been able to continue working with clients who have moved away from the area, and I now regularly see people based across Wales, Scotland, Yorkshire, London, Buckinghamshire, and Cambridge, as well as further afield.
Online counselling offers flexibility and accessibility, allowing sessions to take place from your own home or another private space where you feel comfortable. This can make it easier to fit therapy around work, family life, and other commitments, and removes the pressure of travelling to appointments. Many clients also find they are able to speak more freely when they are in familiar surroundings.
I aim to offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk at your own pace and in your own way. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, panic, low mood, grief, trauma, or ongoing stress, we can look at what’s going on for you and begin to make sense of it together.
Working online also means continuity is possible even if life changes or you relocate, so you can keep the same therapeutic relationship in place.
If you’re looking for an online counsellor and something in this resonates, feel free to get in touch.
It's important to consider your own preferences, circumstances, and the nature of your therapeutic needs when deciding between online and in-person counselling.
